– $400 per night, four night minimum rental plus $200 non-refundable booking fee
– $380 per night for stays 14 or more nights plus $300 booking fee
– $360 per night for stays 21 or more nights plus $400 booking fee.
Low Season: April 16, 2023 – November 31, 2023 — RATE: $350/night
RATES:
– $350 per night, four night minimum rental plus $100 non-refundable booking fee
– $325 per night for stays 14 or more nights plus $125 booking fee
– $300 per night for stays 21 or more nights plus $150 booking fee.
Holiday Dates:
X-Mas & New Year’s: December 22, 2022 – January 4, 2023 — RATE: $800/night
Easter Week: April 02-April 08, 2023 — RATE: $1,000/night
